And He Even Uses The Loo!

beep..  beep...  beep..  beep...

beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee--- just kidding!

Thankfully, despite recent news, JACK BAUER LIVES!

Jack Kiefer was spotted dining at NYC's Juniors earlier this week, while enthusiastically talking '24' movie with series producer, Ron Howard.

Also, every news source ever finds Kiefer's cheeseburger to be relevant.

Read on to weigh in on desired plot scenarios!

Necessary Inclusions:

a) Renee necrophilia.  Audrey
Jack needs a love interest, primarily because I'm tired of his daughter Kim needing to be rescued.  When a mountain lion gets involved, you've gotta reassess.

b) Chloe.

c) Lose the Format.
I get it, the real-time thing made it what it was, but you can't reach the expected levels of 24-ness within 120 minutes.  And still make it good.  This isn't a challenge Ron Howard.

d) DC/NYC/LA
Someplace exotic?  Jack is on the run who knows where.  And as wonderfully received as Season 6 was, China is out.  America should be out.  How about South America?  Egypt?  Too soon?
Expected issue with this plan: refer to a) and b).

e) Bathroom Breaks
My boyfriend (clarification: Not Alan Alda, the other one) suggested a cold open with Jack sprinting someplace, tense music, typical hubbaloo.  To the loo.  If nothing else, it would def be a fan shout-out.  I guarantee cheers.

f)  Recurring Characters (in moderation)
Who would you like to see?  Tony?  Kate Warner?  President Taylor?  Sherri Palmer?  Kim?  Martha?  Karen Hayes?  An interesting male character still living?  Good luck there.

g)  More of The Interim Jack
Every season shit goes down.  Jack has lost... 4 loves?  Been tortured on numerous occasions, one bout lasting 2 years, and every season we start with Jack in the world that you and I live in.  For about 2 minutes.  Let's linger this time?  I realize that Jack is Jack.  And has been Jack from season 1 to season 8.  The SAME Jack.  Can we get some variety?  I've seen 1969, Kiefer can do it.

h) A Suitable End.
He won't die.  Just in case he's marketable.  Should he?  Should he have died in 8?  It is physically possible for him to die?

Weigh in.
