Cross-Eyed Opossum To Predict Oscar Winners
Germany's biggest celebrity, behind Christoph Waltz of course, is Heidi the cross-eyed opossum. This year the Leipzig zoo resident will be given the chance to pick her winners for the Oscars following Paul the Octopus's successful reign as Germany's oracle (R.I.P.).
According to online sources, Heidi is in talks to make an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live where she will most likely pretend she is dead for a few minutes and then choose her winners for the 2011 Oscars. What I want to know is, can we rely on a cross-eyed animal that is unable to properly watch the performances and films up for nomination? Only time will tell.
